What is it: M4 is a clinically proven, fragrance-free, prescription, estrogen-based face cream we created specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal women. The active ingredient is topical estriol, which improves collagen production and helps to address signs of aging.
Full list of ingredients: estriol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice , C 12 - 14 isoparaffin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, deionized water, laureth-7, phenoxyethanol, polyacrylamide, tocopheryl acetate, and triethylene glycol.

- Can I use M4 with other forms of hormone treatment?+Yes. You can use M4 safely with MHT and vaginal estrogen, since it is not systemic and therefore not absorbed by your bloodstream.
- What is tretinoin and why is it prescribed?+Tretinoin is Vitamin A-derived skincare. It can be used to treat acne, fine wrinkles, dark spots, and rough skin. It works by speeding up cell turnover.
- Do I need progesterone?+Because M4 is not systemic MHT, you do not need to take progesterone while using it. If you’re already taking progesterone, it’s totally fine to use them together!
