What is it: M4 Estriol Face Cream is a clinically proven, fragrance-free, prescription, estrogen-based face cream we created specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal women. The active ingredient is topical estriol, which improves collagen production and helps to address signs of aging.
Full list of ingredients: estriol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice , C 12 - 14 isoparaffin, caprylic/capric triglyceride, deionized water, laureth-7, phenoxyethanol, polyacrylamide, tocopheryl acetate, and triethylene glycol.

- What is tretinoin and why is it prescribed?+Tretinoin is Vitamin A-derived skincare. It can be used to treat acne, fine wrinkles, dark spots, and rough skin. It works by speeding up cell turnover.
- Do I need progesterone?+Because M4 Estriol Face Cream is not systemic MHT, you do not need to take progesterone while using it. If you’re already taking progesterone, it’s totally fine to use them together!
- Is M4 Estriol Face Cream eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement?+Yes! Medications prescribed by a licensed provider are eligible to be paid for or reimbursed by your HSA or FSA.
